Collaborative and forward-looking systems to promote innovation

Altarea is convinced of the need to foster an innovation culture within its business and created a dedicated department in 2016. To instil innovation at all levels of the business, the Group relies on a number of measures, including a dedicated multi-skilled team, a structured open innovation policy, pilot processes and projects and the Youth Comity.

The AltaFuture team consists of seven members and focusses on making innovation work for all the Group's employees. Their mission is to identify new trends (co-construction, the sharing economy, virtual reality, etc.). AltaFuture develops innovative, real-world solutions that enhance the value added of the Group’s offerings.
