A Graduate Programme designed for you
Our outstanding Graduate Programme gives you the opportunity to join a personalised 18-month apprenticeship course. You will benefit from three rotations across the Group’s various business lines before taking up your final post. A stimulating experience, including training and support from industry professionals.
Count on your Buddy!
Working on a work-study programme at Altarea means having a tutor who supports you on a daily basis by training you in the best practices of your profession. It also means being able to count on your Buddy, your sponsor or your appointed mentor. You meet them regularly and catch up over coffee or lunch. Their role? To facilitate your integration within the Group, help you develop your internal professional network and enrich your knowledge of the property business.
