Over the last 20 years, XF has developed recognised expertise in the design and implementation of large-scale development projects in the Midi Pyrénées region. It works on a wide range of real estate projects, including development, subdivisions, social housing and affordable housing. Through its specialist subsidiary Réseaux Concept, XF designs and oversees construction work on these projects, with a particular focus on aspects that benefit the whole community: roads, networks and green spaces.
