Residences adapted to the new needs of senior citizens
At Nohée, our mission is to meet the new housing needs of senior citizens, which represents a double challenge. First, we need to respond to an unprecedented demographic surge, with the number of senior citizens aged 75 to 84 growing by 78% between 2022 and 2031. Second, we need to respond to a profound sociological change: today’s senior citizens want to enjoy life, forge social bonds and be free to live as they wish.
More than just apartments, we offer a complete range of services adapted to each individual’s lifestyle and needs. Our residences are always located in the city centre, providing easy access to local shops and services. Whilst respectful of privacy, these environments foster interaction and communication and a straightforward, friendly and positive family spirit reigns. With 36 residences in operation at the beginning of 2025, we aim to operate 44 residences by 2026.
