As a land developer, builder, property developer, investor and manager, Altarea Logistique responds to ever-growing needs.

In the context of reindustrialisation, the reorganisation of supply chains and the development of e-commerce, the French logistics real estate market is experiencing unprecedented growth. To meet its customers’ needs, Altarea Logistique has identified and selected fifteen sites in France, representing a portfolio of 850,000 m² with quick access to dynamic consumption areas.

Builder-Developer

Our teams work with local players and project leaders to design platforms that comply with their specifications. All projects are executed by separate specialist contractors.

We work as close to the field as possible and are in direct contact with the companies involved in the construction. This ensures high reactivity, which in turn allows us to maintain tight control over costs, quality and the project schedule while remaining the sole and privileged contact for our customers.

Land developer

Altarea Logistique also acts as a land developer, working closely with local and regional authorities. As such, we are strengthening our local roots and helping to improve the living environment of companies and users by creating high-quality architectural, landscaped and eco-friendly business parks.

Investor

As a long-term investor in our operations, we are committed, alongside local players, to sustainably promote the areas where we operate, offering our customers the guarantee of long-term and secure projects.

For Altarea, being a leader in low-carbon transformation also means a logistics business that is more efficient and has less impact on the environment. All our logistics platforms are designed as true demonstrators of sustainable development, integrating various solutions: bio-sourced materials, circular economy, low-carbon energy production in partnership with EDF, photovoltaic panels for the production of self-consumed energy, biodiversity conservation, etc.

This enables us to go beyond certification and labelling standards. We support our customers in their CSR approach while reducing our own footprint. We are also working to reduce land use, for example, by favouring the rehabilitation and redevelopment of brownfield sites. These actions are part of a reciprocal charter of commitments signed between the French State and the members of the Afilog association, which brings together real estate logistics players.
