Altarea Investment is a management company that combines real estate with savings solutions, strengthened by the specialist skills of the Altarea Group.

Our first solution, Alta Convictions, is an agile SCPI that capitalises on the investment opportunities generated by the new real estate cycle. We invest in all growth market sectors (retail, urban logistics, offices, data centres and residential) and we manage the day-to-day rental and maintenance requirements of our real estate portfolio.

We also develop products adapted to the specific needs of our institutional customers: dedicated funds, management mandates on behalf of third parties on complex real estate assets or club deals bringing together institutional investors with ambitious projects that we select with care.
