Avec 43 actifs en France, en Italie et en Espagne, nous sommes les seuls à concevoir et gérer des formats aussi diversifiés :

  • Regional shopping centres, which are living spaces that combine shopping, entertainment and comfort to offer the best customer experiences. For example CAP3000 on the Côte d’Azur
  • Shopping and leisure centres, which combine culture, entertainment, restaurants, sports and retail. This is the case with L’Avenue 83 in La Valette-du-Var
  • Travel retail, with spaces designed to act as urban hubs, such as Paris-Montparnasse station.
  • Retail parks, which are open-air retail spaces. For example La Vigie in the Bas Rhin region
  • Tailor-made convenience stores on the ground floor of properties as part of smart and creative urban projects such as Issy Cœur de Ville
