DSS : ALTAREA shares are eligible for the deferred settlement service.
SSPs : As from 21 October 2011 (after stock market closing), Altarea shares, like those of other listed real estate investment companies (SIICs), may no longer be held in Share Savings Plans (SSPs).
However, shares held in an SSP up until that date continue to benefit from the tax exemptions applicable to dividends and capital gains.
IFI : ALTAREA shares are not subject to the French real estate wealth tax (IFI), provided that the shareholder directly or indirectly holds less than 5% of ALTAREA’s share capital and voting rights.

Dividend
Shareholders will be asked at the General Meeting of June 5, 2025, to decide on the payment of a dividend of €8.00 per share for the 2024 financial year, with a partial conversion option allowing shareholders to choose between :
- a 100% cash payment;
- a 75% payment in shares (€6.00 per share) and a 25% payment in cash (€2.00 per share).
Key dates for the 2024 dividend (payable in 2025)
- Ex-dividend date: Wednesday, June 11, 2025
- Option period for the stock dividend: from Friday, June 13 to Tuesday, June 24, 2025 inclusive
- Payment of the cash dividend and delivery of new shares: Monday, July 7, 2025
The Shareholders’ Meeting of 5 June 2024 decided to pay a dividend of €8.00 per share for the 2023 financial year, with an option to partially convert this into a scrip dividend, allowing shareholders to choose between:
- 100% cash payment;
- Up to 75% (€6.00 per share) in shares and up to 25% in cash (€2.00 per share).
The ex-dividend date for 2023 was 11 June 2024. At the end of the option period (13 June to 25 June 2024), 1,080,657 shares were subscribed, representing a nominal capital increase of €16,512,438.96. The dividend was paid on 5 July 2024, in cash and by the delivery of new shares.
The General Shareholders’ Meeting of 8 june 2023 voted a dividend of €10/share for the financial year 2022, up by 2.6% compared to 2021. Shareholders also offered an option to take part-payment in shares. They were free to choose between:
- full payment in cash;
- 50% in share, and 50% in cash.
the ex-dividend date was set on 12 june 2023. At the end of the option exercise period (14 to 23 June 2023 ), a total of 335,334 shares were subscribed. Taking into account a rounded par value of €15.28 per share, the nominal amount of the capital increase resulting from the subscription of the new shares totalled €5,123,903.52. The shares were created, delivered and admitted to trading on 4 July 2023. The amount of the dividend paid in cash was paid to the shareholders on the same day.
