With Altarea Logistique, we provide a secure property solution, supporting operators in the design, management and development of premium logistics platforms and business parks which are exemplary in terms of environmental impact and certified with HQE® Bâtiment Durable or BREEAM® Excellent labels.
Reaffirmed ambition for growth
After developing around twenty major platforms over the last 20 years, we are accelerating this growth momentum by developing our regional network, as close as possible to major north/south logistics axes and the Atlantic Arc. The first fruits of this development strategy were reaped at the end of 2024, with two sales of three major logistics sites developed by the Group totalling 360,000 m2: the logistics parks of Bollène in the Vaucluse (BREEAM Excellent certified) and Oseraye in Loire-Atlantique (BREAAM Very Good certified) were both sold to WDP and Ecoparc Cotière in Ain was sold to CBRE IM. Altarea continues to enrich its portfolio of projects under development, with 310,000 m² of projects benefiting from cleared building permits to date.
