With Access, Altarea removes the obstacles preventing many first-time buyers from becoming homeowners, by providing the same high-quality housing at a more affordable price. Buildings and apartments have been redesigned to eliminate unusable space. An innovative and attractive financing offer is also available, including the Zero Rate Loan scheme and mortgages at subsidised rates, with no security deposit, no financial deposit, no notary fees and no interim interest. The buyer only begins to pay when the keys are handed over and the amount of the monthly loan repayments is close, or even equivalent, to the price of rent. Successfully launched in Villeneuve-la-Garenne as part of the Rive Nature project, this offer is now being rolled out by Cogedim and Woodeum X Pitch Immo throughout France.
