Altarea Investment is an asset management company that combines property with savings solutions, backed by the specialist skills of the Altarea Group. Its offer includes the SCPI Alta Convictions fund, which allows customers to invest in all property sectors without having to directly manage assets. The SCPI targets the most promising investment opportunities, prioritising retail assets and logistics. Altarea Investment Managers also develops products adapted to institutional clients: dedicated funds, discretionary third-party management of complex real estate assets or club deals bringing together institutional investors to fund ambitious projects. A real estate debt fund
Depuis 2023, Altarea a lancé en partenariat avec Tikehau un fonds de dette immobilière. En recourant à différents procédés de financement (dette mezzanine, dette junior, dette unitranche), l’objectif est de lever à terme 1 milliard d’euros de fonds propres. Le fonds investit dans un large spectre d’actifs immobiliers : bureaux, commerces, biens industriels, logements, logistique et hôtellerie.
